Controversy
Brecka's health claims are contested by mainstream medicine. Some physicians and science communicators have challenged the specificity and evidence base of his methylation and supplement recommendations. His "human biologist" title has been questioned, as it is not a standard medical or scientific credential. This places him in a similar contested space to other health influencers who gain large podcast audiences while facing professional skepticism. Compare with Peter Attia, who operates with more traditional medical credentials and evidence standards in the same longevity space.
