Peter Attia
Peter Attia (born March 19, 1973) is a Canadian-American physician specializing in longevity and metabolic health. He holds an MD from Stanford and completed surgical training at Johns Hopkins and the National Cancer Institute. He founded Early Medical, a practice focused on optimizing healthspan, and hosts The Drive, a top health and science podcast. His bestselling book Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity (2023) systematized his approach to what he calls "Medicine 3.0."
