Ro Khanna

Rohit "Ro" Khanna (born September 13, 1976) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for California's 17th congressional district. He holds a JD from Yale Law School and previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Obama Commerce Department. Khanna is known for progressive-populist economic themes, manufacturing and industrial policy advocacy, and unusually broad media outreach that includes non-traditional podcast audiences.
